zolar-F –the made foam polyethylene duplicated by an aluminum (AL) foil. Thanks to high heat-insulating properties it is widely applied where house thermal insulation with high efficiency, the minimum expenses is necessary and at the minimum thickness of an insulating layer.


Izolar-LM – the made foam polyethylene duplicated by a mylar film with the metallized covering. The metallized film (lavsan) is applied in systems "Heat-insulated floors" since isn't affected by alkaline cement mortars. While the foil collapses at interaction with a cement coupler.

Reflects to 97% of infrared radiation, working by the principle of a thermos.

allows to reduce the volume of construction designs of walls, floors and a roof without loss of heattechnical characteristics.

Scope Izolar NPE

Izolar -LM, Izolar-F —the universal heat-insulating material which main function is reflection of heat, and also protection against moisture, water and noise. Izolar-LM, Izolar-F allows at a small thickness and the minimum heatloss (the principle of a thermos) in the summer considerably to reduce an overheat under a roof, and not to pass cold air inside in the winter and not to let out warm outside. Izolar-LM, Izolar-F – thanks to the universal properties, opens unlimited opportunities of the use:

Cautions:
- Not to establish the made foam polyethylene near naked flame.
- Not to stack the made foam polyethylene on the chemical processed wooden surfaces before their full drying.
- Not to use the made foam polyethylene outside temperature condition: from –50 °C to +80 °C. Short-term use in temperature condition to +95 ° is allowed.
- Use of the made foam polyethylene in the open air on condition of full protection against hit of direct sunshine is allowed.

by wooden laths, when finishing by gypsum cardboard – galvanized profiles.
Installation is conducted from below up by horizontal panels with joints
not less 10sm. Joints connect the metallized (foil) adhesive tape.
For a competent noise isolation the allowance of materials for joints
of other wall and roofing designs becomes.
Except effect of reflection Izolar-LM (Izolar-F) doesn't allow particles
of a heater to get in the room.

Izolar-LM, Izolar-F keep within the reflecting party in the room. Joints of material connect the metallized (foil) adhesive tape. Fixing of material is carried out by a counterlath by means of self-tapping screws, in addition providing an air gap between a draft floor and a heater.

As researches show, losses of heat through a radiator area site of an external
wall considerably surpass losses of heat through the next sites of a wall.
The most effective remedy for decrease in thermal losses is fastening to a surface of a
zaradiatorny site of the heat reflecting screen.
The most effective remedy for decrease in thermal losses is fastening to a surface
behind radiators of a central heating: site of the heat reflecting screen.
The combined material of a product has double effect of saving of heat from radiators
of a central heating:


heat reflecting an effect: foil reflects to 97% of the thermal radiation of
radiators, thermal devices, etc. falling on a screen surface;
heat-insulating effect: at the expense of low coefficient of heat
conductivity of the made foam polyethylene, heat conductivity
makes 0,034 W / мК. A limit temperature interval of operation of the
heat reflecting screen: from-60 to +100 degrees Celsius. At operation the
screen doesn't allocate harmful substances.
